INGREDIENTS

  • 16-ounce field whole-wheat pasta
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1-pound boneless, skinless rooster breasts reduce into small chunks
  • 10-ounce bag of child spinach, chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 8-ounce bundle Neufchatel cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1-14 ounce jar of artichoke hearts, diced

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Boil a giant pot of water and cook dinner pasta in keeping with directions. Drain pasta however save 1/4 cup of pasta water for later.
